We are seeking an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage and supervise daily operations of our staff & labour accommodation camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp administration, maintain discipline, and safety.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss or similar role in UAE/GCC
Strong knowledge of labor camp management and local regulations
Camp Boss UAE: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
Manage overall operations of the labor/staff camp
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Maintain occupancy records
Enforce camp rules and company policies
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and kitchens
Liaise with HR/Admin regarding transfers and exits
