Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and online recruitment platforms
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and record management
Maintain personnel files and HR databases
Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening, and scheduling
Prepare HR documents such as contracts and offer letters
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and payroll
