Supply Chain and Finance Operations Manager

Job Description

Himalaya Wellness Europe is looking for a manager to act as the single point of coordination between supply chain execution and financial discipline. This hybrid role manages end-to-end supply chain operations and oversees outsourced accounting functions.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of total experience
• Finance / Accounting educational background (CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA)
• Strong command of accounting terminology and financial controls
• Experience in supply chain operations (imports, customs, warehousing)
• Experience in FMCG / consumer goods is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations including imports and 3PL management
• Own demand planning, S&OP process, and inventory planning
• Manage outsourced accounting firm on monthly financials and compliance
• Manage working capital (inventory, receivables, payables)
• Serve as the bridge between operations, finance, sales, and HQ
• Negotiate product costs with contract manufacturers
