Your main responsibility is to qualify, filter, and reject prospects before they enter our execution pipeline. Your job is to protect the system, not to chase volume. If you are uncomfortable saying no, do not apply.

1–3 years’ experience in sales, lead qualification, or business development
Comfortable speaking with founders and decision makers
Able to follow strict processes and scripts
Emotionally neutral. No begging. No overselling.
Fluent in English and Arabic

Identify and research potential B2B clients using approved tools and channels
Conduct initial qualification calls to assess budget, authority, and readiness
Disqualify leads that do not meet minimum criteria
Schedule meetings only for qualified prospects
Maintain accurate qualification notes and pipeline status in the CRM
Track outcomes based on quality of deals, not number of calls
Follow internal scripts and qualification checklists without deviation
