The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the execution of well programs, including drilling, completion, and workover operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Acting as the primary point of contact for Wellsite Supervisors, the Superintendent coordinates communications between the wellsite, Product Lines, and third-party contractors.
