Responsible for improving equipment reliability, enhancing maintenance process efficiency, and reducing Cost of Service Delivery (COSD). This role is based in Hassi Messaoud and managed via the ANEM process.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Experience or strong exposure to maintenance engineering and reliability improvement
Valid ANEM registration

Support and participate in failure investigations
Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Participate in technical audits and CAT compliance
