YEO is a leading company that provides top-quality services throughout the entire electrification value chain. We are seeking a highly skilled "Project Executive, Industrial & Automation" to join our team in Tuzla, İstanbul.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation projects
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management
• Experience in site management and maintenance operations within industrial facilities or automation systems
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI systems, sensors, and actuators
• Experience managing large‑scale industrial automation projects
• Strong budget control, cost management, and risk analysis capabilities
• Ability to adapt to intense site‑based operations and dynamic project environments
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• No travel restrictions

• Plan, manage, supervise, and execute all phases of automation projects
• Define project scope, develop project timelines, and manage end‑to‑end project processes
• Build the project team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination
• Analyze customer requirements, define project needs, and develop solution proposals
• Plan and procure materials, equipment, and workforce required for the project
• Prepare project budgets, control costs, and ensure on‑time completion
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health & safety rules, legal regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Follow technological advancements in automation and propose continuous improvement initiatives
