FairMoney is looking for a Chief Growth Officer who is a business builder. You will hold the keys to our Consumer Growth Engine while acting as the strategic marketing partner for our Business and Asset Finance divisions.

Deep experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, or High-Velocity Consumer Tech
Proven track record of managing growth across multiple African countries or emerging markets

Sustain and aggressively grow the core high-velocity lending business
Scale Prime Consumer Lending through HR/Payroll platform partnerships
Enable digital lead generation for FairMoney Business & Asset Finance
Lead international expansion and new market launches across Africa
Overhaul the digital marketing tech stack
Collaborate with Product and Risk to implement Dynamic Onboarding
