Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and performance management at THE BAWTSI GROUP SECURITIES CO.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros)
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
المسؤوليات
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Analyze business performance metrics
- Build dashboards and KPIs using BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts
- Automate recurring reporting using Excel macros and SQL
