We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Al Qusais. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR administrative tasks, ensuring our company remains 100% compliant with the latest UAE Labor Laws while maintaining smooth daily office operations.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE
• Deep familiarity with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021
• Excellent English is mandatory

المسؤوليات

• End-to-end processing of employment visas, residency permits, and labor contracts through MOHRE and ICP portals
• Maintain expiry tracker for company and employee documents (Trade License, Establishment Cards, Emirates IDs)
• Bilingual support: Translate documents and assist with government entities
• Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely salary transfers via WPS
• Manage onboarding (offer letters, orientations) to offboarding (cancellations and EOSB calculations)
• Manage office utilities, stationery procurement, and administrative support
