Ajax Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote products and services to systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users in the Ankara region.

Expert in the security business with at least 4-5 years of experience
Proven track record in promoting intrusion security business
Result-oriented mentality with the ability to function semi-autonomously
Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors
Technical competence with security products
Strong sales and technical presentation skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields preferred
Valid driver's license for regular travel

Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings
Planning and preparing presentations to business partners
Establishing relationships with alliance partners and alarm receiving centers
Communicate product features and developments to partners
Deliver product and commercial education and training
Encourage the specification of systems to include Ajax products
Develop market strategies and support marketing events
Provide feedback to management on market requirements
