WAY Real Estate is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. Only candidates with proven recruitment experience in Dubai will be considered. Primary focus is on real estate brokers and marketing team roles.

• Strong experience recruiting real estate brokers
• Fluency in English

المسؤوليات

• Source and recruit qualified real estate brokers and marketing team roles
• Use multiple recruitment channels including Facebook Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with management
• Maintain and update candidate database and CRM system
• Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process
• Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets
