Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
1–5 years of real HR execution experience (real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of UAE labour law & compliance
Experience dealing with sales-driven teams
Proficient in MS Office / HR software

End-to-end hiring of agents, managers, and support staff
Manage onboarding, documentation, and RERA files
Maintain employee records and payroll coordination
Draft and enforce HR policies and SOPs
Handle MOL requirements, visas, and disciplinary actions
