Leading Iraqi law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate Structuring Department in Baghdad. The role involves advising on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
المتطلبات
At least 2-4 years of experience in corporate law
Strong background in company structuring and corporate governance
Deep knowledge of the Companies Law of Iraq
Fluency in Arabic is required; Strong English is a major advantage
Licensed and in good standing with the Iraqi Bar Association

Draft contracts, legal opinions, and memoranda in Arabic and English
Daily attendance to the Registrar of Companies Department
Advise international clients and handle cross-border corporate structuring
Align legal advice with strategic business objectives
