Payroll Accountant

A leading manufacturing and production company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining full compliance with UAE Labor Law, WPS standards, and internal company policies.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in payroll administration, including UAE payroll

المسؤوليات

• Collect and verify monthly attendance from operational sites
• Update payroll files with attendance data, including working days, absences, overtime, etc.
• Apply allowances, deductions, and entitlements
• Prepare monthly payroll registers
• Update payroll deductions such as loans and advances
• Maintain monthly reconciliation of employee advances
• Process appraisal updates
• Review termination documents and prepare End of Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations
• Coordinate with Legal for absconding and visa cancellation cases
• Prepare and update WPS files in compliance with UAE regulations
• Ensure accurate employee bank detail mapping
• Coordinate with banks and Finance for WPS submission
• Generate monthly payroll and attendance reports
• Maintain audit-ready payroll and EOSB documentation
• Coordinate with facility teams regarding food, laundry, and accommodation costs
• Respond to employee and HR payroll-related queries
• Maintain secure and well-organized payroll records
