SSC HR Solutions is seeking a Well Testing Supervisor to ensure that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job and that each personnel are made aware of the hazards and is fully aware of their responsibilities.

Related engineering bachelor's degree
10+ years working experience in well test operation
Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
IADC or IWCF certificates
Preferred with H2S experience

Ensure that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job
Conduct short safety meetings/Tool Box meetings
Prepare Well Testing Procedures and Job Programs
Ensure proper reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses
Ensure each personnel performs responsibilities as per HSEQ Policy
Ensure all equipment for the job is free of damages/defects
Ensure operations are conducted as per SOPs
Submit reports to Head of Warehouses
Train supervisors and staff on safety procedures
Manage and guide warehouse supervisors in daily operations
