BI Group is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide HR and administrative support, reporting to the Head of HR.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced computer skills, including strong Excel proficiency
Solid knowledge of document management standards
Fluent English; Russian language is an advantage

Provide administrative support to senior management
Maintain corporate documentation and office records
Liaise with partners, contractors, and suppliers
Oversee daily office operations and procurement
Support employee onboarding and personnel documentation
Coordinate with PRO on visa and government processes
Monitor and manage timely renewals of visas and Emirates IDs
