We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions. We are looking for a Category Executive for our client. Our client is a leading multinational retail companies.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Advertising, Brand Management or in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry and business processes
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, result-oriented, responsible, high business follow-up
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent MS Office skills

المسؤوليات

• Sets the overall Retail Product vision, strategy, targets and budget based on the Corporate and Commercial strategy and aligns it with the Head of Retail
• Acts as an expert on the product group/category, go to market, combines all market insights including the competitor, market trend and portfolio information to develop and optimize the product group/category growth & innovation strategy
• Managing supplier relationships to maximize brand support and business growth
• Developing and executing Sales Business Plans and marketing activities with suppliers
• Setting and aligning joint business plans and optimizing the use of initiative funds to maximize brand sales and profits
• Managing sales forecasts to maintain optimum stock levels
• Developing brand plans that align with customer objectives
• Analyzing sales data and market share trends to develop targeted marketing activities
• Analyzing category dynamics of the brands and gathering shopper insights to tailor marketing strategies and activities
