المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in CEO Office, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Strategy Analyst roles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced English Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

المسؤوليات

• Manage the CEO’s agenda, meetings, and daily operations efficiently
• Act as the central point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Support strategic projects by providing analytical insights and operational follow-up
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and key business documentation in both Turkish and English
• Draft summaries and action plans from meetings and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth information flow and project alignment
• Organize business trips, events, and executive meetings end-to-end
