Payroll Accountant / Payroll Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant / Payroll Officer to manage the company’s payroll functions. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, compliance with UAE labor laws, and proper maintenance of payroll records.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, gratuity, and leave salary calculations

المسؤوليات

• Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE WPS
• Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and end-of-service benefits
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and personnel data
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile accounts with Finance department
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees
• Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and leave records
