The HR & Administration Executive (Male Only) will handle HR operations and administration functions for manufacturing and office staff. The role requires a smart, confident, and proactive professional who takes ownership, resolves issues independently, and ensures smooth HR, labor, and administrative operations across UAE locations.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing / construction sector

المسؤوليات

• Handle white-collar recruitment and conducting HR induction programs
• Manage overseas recruitment drives
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
• Independently manage labor camps including hygiene and safety checks
• Handle labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues
• Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
• Manage medical insurance and workmen compensation cases
• Handle office administration and AMC contracts for facilities
