Anar Restaurant is seeking to hire a Steward Chef with strong leadership skills and solid experience in managing stewarding operations according to hygiene and safety standards. The role involves leading the stewarding team, supervising daily operations, managing waste disposal, and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety protocols.

• Lead and manage the stewarding team and supervise daily operations
• Good knowledge of proper and safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
• Supervise and train staff in dishwashing areas and washing stations
• Supervise and inspect waste disposal areas regularly
• Organize and separate waste by type: Food waste, Cardboard, Glass, Other waste materials
• Ensure proper arrangement of waste in designated containers
• Train the team on efficient workflow and fast task execution
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety standards
