Provide quality support service and maintain operational efficiency
Provide administrative/secretarial support such as answering telephones and assisting visitors
Schedule meetings, events, interviews, appointments and travel arrangements
Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records
Process SAP shopping carts, vendor invoices and contracts
Liaise with Accounting/Finance and Human Resources departments
Sort and distribute mail; prepare timely responses to written inquiries
