Avesoro is seeking a hands-on Cost Control Team Lead to own cost discipline across mining operations in Liberia. The role involves tracking OPEX/CAPEX, unit-cost analysis, and managing the Budget vs Actual routine for site leadership.
المتطلبات
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
5 to 8+ years in cost/operations finance
Strong command of cost accounting and variance analysis
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics/Oracle)

Lead monthly reporting cadence and review site submissions
Track costs by cost center for open-pit, plant, and auxiliaries
Deliver monthly BvA packs with root-cause analysis
Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Ensure P2P integrity and correct GL/cost center coding
