We are seeking a skilled WS Field Engineer - WIT to join our team in Hassi Messaoud. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The Field Engineer will execute service delivery operations, identify opportunities to improve performance, implement standard work practices, and manage operational risks while ensuring high levels of service quality and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
• Experience or strong exposure to field operations and service delivery
• Good understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards
• Ability to work in field-based operational environments

• Execute service delivery to customers and ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
• Assist Design and Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid activities
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
• Maintain required safety training and certifications
