Based in our Dubai Silicon office, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Center of Excellence based employees’ life cycle. Report to the VP of HR and deliver first-level HR service to employees and line managers.
المتطلبات
Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR
Preferably experience in the insurance industry
High proficiency in HR functional competencies

Translate business priorities into a business-enabling people agenda
Serve as liaison between country/functional leadership and HR team
Oversee strategic people initiatives and change programs
Deliver HR strategies such as workforce planning and talent development
Manage talent review and succession planning
Oversee compensation and benefits
Provide strategic and operational HR advice to business leaders
