8-10 years of HR experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and payroll
Ability to manage high-volume staff across multiple locations

Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor card matters
Handle payroll processing, compensation, and benefits
Implement performance evaluation systems and KPI tracking
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws
Manage employee relations and grievances
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook
