We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions for the Maktoum Airport Expansion Project. The role will support a diverse, multi-national workforce across construction, engineering, project management, and support functions.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–12 years of HR experience
• At least 5 years in large construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with project objectives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for project-based and permanent roles
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and allowances
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and visa regulations
• Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, and performance
