J WALT is an ISO Certified Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, and Civil Maintenance Company based in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with advanced knowledge of ZOHO and strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage accounts efficiently and follow up with clients professionally.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and excise tax regulations is essential
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Currently based in the UAE
• Language: Hindi, English

• Reconcile bank statements
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and record supplier invoices
• Analyze transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the ledger
• Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports
• File VAT returns in compliance with UAE Law
• Assist with external audits
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, and daily entries
• Handle petty cash transactions, documentation, and reconciliation
• Maintain employee records and update HR files
• Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview scheduling
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime
• Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
• Liaise with PRO for visa, medical, Emirates ID, and labor card processes
• Maintain company licenses, insurances, and other legal documentation
