MediaMarkt Turkey is looking for a Demand Planning Senior Specialist to lead the monthly forecasting cycle, analyze sales data, and collaborate with category teams to optimize inventory and promotions.

Bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments (Industrial/Management Engineering preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies and S&OP
Fluency in English (both written & spoken)
Advanced Excel skills

Lead the monthly demand planning and forecasting cycle
Analyze monthly sales and forecast accuracy gaps
Collaborate with Category Teams for promotions and product launches
Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and availability
