Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with five years of experience to manage our social media presence end to end. This role focuses on content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management, paid digital ads, and light UGC creation. You will own the monthly content calendar and work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer for all visuals and animations.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines

• Build monthly social media content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches
• Define content themes and posting frequency per platform
• Brief the Graphic Designer clearly on content needs
• Write clear and engaging captions aligned with brand tone
• Adapt copy per platform
• Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Capture light UGC content at branches and events using mobile devices
• Create Instagram stories and behind the scenes content
• Manage comments and messages
• Escalate customer issues internally
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns
• Set objectives, budgets, and targeting
• Monitor and optimize performance
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports with insights
• Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy
