The Estimation Manager will lead all tendering and estimation activities for KSA projects from the Lebanon office. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely project proposals.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimation/Tendering Manager

Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
Review and evaluate technical specifications and drawings
Supervise and mentor the estimation team
Analyze tender opportunities and provide recommendations on pricing strategy
Maintain organized records of all tenders and correspondence
