We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead large-scale high-rise building projects for a reputed construction company in the UAE.
المتطلبات
Minimum 15 years of total experience in construction
Strong high-rise building project experience is mandatory
Proven background with main contractor companies
المسؤوليات
Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of high-rise projects
Lead and manage project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Oversee contracts, cost control, risk management, and reporting
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements
