Rising over the slopes of the Bosphorus, Fairmont Quasar Istanbul is looking for Waiters/Waitresses. The role involves clearing used plates from the table, cleaning the table, maintaining the table setup, and preparing the table for new guests. You will ensure that served items are at the correct temperature and meet high hospitality standards.

المتطلبات

• Maintains personal hygiene; stays well-groomed in details such as shaving, uniform, shoes, mustache, and beard
• Has complete knowledge of the menu
• Is required to attend all trainings organized for them
• Only Turkish or candidates which able to communicate in Turkish will be hired

المسؤوليات

• Clearing used plates from the table, cleaning the table, changing the tablecloth
• Keeping the service trays clean and placing them in the designated area when full
• Maintaining the table setup and preparing the table for new guests once it becomes vacant
• Ensures that served items are at the correct temperature
• Is responsible for the cleanliness and shine of cutlery and glassware
• Uses proper and respectful language when communicating with colleagues
• Assists guests with pulling out their chairs
• Greets guests by name whenever possible
