Greif is searching for an HRBP to drive HR processes and strategies at their industrial site. This onsite role manages the full lifecycle of employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws and regulations
Proven experience as an HRBP in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Turkish
Experience in talent management and performance management
