We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) with strong hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing high-budget digital advertising campaigns in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation for service-based industries.

• MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
• Multiple certifications in Paid Digital Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• 6–7 years of overall experience in Paid Digital Media
• Minimum 2 years of recent work experience in Dubai

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns
• Manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns
• Drive high-quality lead generation
• Implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
