Sardar Group is hiring an Accommodation Supervisor in Baghdad to oversee the housekeeping and maintenance of accommodation buildings. This role ensures the functionality of HVAC and electrical systems, manages utility bills, and supports resident needs.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum experience of 2-4 years in this field
• English language proficiency is a must

المسؤوليات

• Supervise housekeeping operations across accommodation buildings
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for HVAC and electrical appliances
• Conduct regular inspections of living facilities
• Monitor and process utility payments (electricity, water, service)
• Maintain accurate records of consumption and financial transactions
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations
• Support residents/employees with accommodation needs
• Manage inventory and maintenance schedules
• Generate periodic reports on facility conditions and expenses
