• 3–5+ years of Microsoft 365 experience
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migrations
• Strong PowerShell skills

• Plan and execute M365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID
• Resolve M365 support tickets at Tier 2/3 level
• Maintain migration documentation
