We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop sales operations within the paints and coatings sector. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing retail (showroom) sales operations (B2C) while managing B2B and project based sales channels.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably within paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industries
• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Good command of Arabic and English

• Develop and execute sales strategies and annual sales plans
• Define sales targets and growth priorities across showroom (B2C) and B2B segments
• Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
• Oversee and manage sales performance across all company showrooms
• Lead and manage B2B and project-based sales operations
• Supervise showroom sales teams
• Implement pricing strategies and promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key retail customers
• Monitor sales KPIs and channel profitability
