Public Relations & Operations Specialist (Dubai-Facing)

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Public Relations & Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end UAE labour, immigration, and government relations operations for our organization. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in handling key UAE government portals and compliance processes.

المتطلبات

• 3–6 years of direct, hands-on experience managing UAE labour and immigration operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (preferred)

المسؤوليات

• Manage day-to-day operations across UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, WPS, RTA)
• Execute employee-related processes such as visa applications and labour contracts
• Ensure timely handling of visa renewals, cancellations, and immigration updates
• Manage WPS submissions, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Maintain strong working relationships with government authorities and vendors
• Support trade licence renewals and DED documentation
• Develop and maintain tracking dashboards for visa status and quota utilization
• Liaise with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams
