We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in UAE Labor Law and end-to-end HR operations to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing HR functions independently while supporting business growth and compliance.

المتطلبات

• 10–15 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong and practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Experience in policy development, HR compliance, and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Industry experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee performance management systems, employee evaluations, and appraisals
• Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
• Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and PRO-related activities
• Support staff training and development initiatives
• Act as a strategic HR partner to management on workforce planning
