Lucky Engineering Services is seeking a Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, managing onboarding and exits, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
Experience in construction / engineering industry (Advantage)

Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and issue offer letters
Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain physical and digital employee records
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
