The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, leading tenders and proposals, and supporting strategic expansion across EPC, contracting, refinery, petrochemical, and energy projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Strong background in oil and gas business development, EPC, contracting, or industrial services
• Proven experience in proposal development, tender management, and client acquisition
• 5–10+ years of business development experience in oil and gas or related sectors preferred
