Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Around 5 years of solid experience in payroll, total rewards and HR operations
SAP knowledge is a must
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English

Take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for white- and blue-collar employees
Prepare required HR and payroll reports
Work closely with the Region on Total Rewards–related topics
Act as a key point of contact between HR Operations and business units
Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and pay elements
Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, SGK, and İŞKUR regulations
