Handle day-to-day accounting activities and coordinate with operations team for timesheets and recruitment support.

المتطلبات

• Experience in manpower supply / recruitment / facility management industry
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and payroll processing

المسؤوليات

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities (invoicing, receipts, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly payroll for labour staff
• Coordinate with operations team for timesheets and attendance
• Follow up on customer collections
• Support recruitment operations and onboarding
• Coordinate with PRO / HR for visa and labour formalities
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational & financial reports
