• Total Experience 10+ years
• Strong Stakeholder management Skills
• Change management experience of large scale / global transformation projects
• Ability and drive to work independently and guide diverse teams

• Responsible for Raw Material Portfolio, Contract Manufacturing and Procurement Operations
• Deliver procurement strategies and implement in Turkey & Arabia business
• Follow up markets price trends to capture advantages
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities
• Work closely with Foods Business and suppliers to drive Sustainable Sourcing initiatives
• Identify metrics, tools and process to optimize sourcing
