• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar international sales role
• Strong understanding of market environments and Dynamics
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Solid market knowledge with a strong willingness to stay close to the market
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Proven diplomatic and negotiation capabilities
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts
• Drive achievement of sell-on sales targets for allocated accounts
• Analyze and manage the existing customer portfolio to improve performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report account performance data
• Conduct regular customer visits and oversee end-to-end sales processes
• Perform inventory analysis and implement actions for healthy sell-out performance
