HOLDAL Group is seeking a Brand Manager for Dyson in Iraq to develop brand strategy and deliver marketing plans. The role involves managing product portfolios, pricing, and advertising plans while tracking sales targets and market share in the luxury tech sector.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous sales experience in the Iraqi market is a must
• Fluent in English and Arabic

المسؤوليات

• Communicate with suppliers regarding sales, promotions, and new launches
• Set and update yearly business plans for sales growth
• Monitor top-line performance in the P&L
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors
• Forecast future orders with Demand Planning Unit
• Implement marketing plans and manage A&P budget
• Measure and track ROI of promotional and media activities
• Track market share by brand and category
• Manage and coach the team to achieve high performance
