2–5 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or executive assistance
Fashion / lifestyle / luxury retail experience is an advantage

Support daily store and operational activities
Assist in store audits and stock checks
Handle invoices, vendor bills, and expense statements
Liaise with vendors for supplies and maintenance
Coordinate with HR for attendance and rosters
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Draft professional emails and letters on behalf of the CEO
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
