Male HR Executive – Restaurant Division. To manage and support all HR functions for the restaurant division, ensuring smooth manpower operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and effective coordination across multiple restaurant outlets.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2–4 years HR experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination
Support payroll inputs and overtime calculations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Coordinate with PRO for visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and renewals
Visit restaurant outlets regularly for HR support and audits
Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, and attendance
